HXGN17-12 Box type fixed high voltage ring network switchgear





Overview
HXGN17-12 box type fixed ring network high voltage switchgear (hereinafter referred to as ring network cabinet) is a 6-10kV three-phase AC 50Hz ring network power supply and terminal power supply system for indoor power distribution equipment. It is mainly used in distribution sites such as factories, mines, residential quarters, high-rise buildings, schools, etc., as a means of receiving and distributing electrical energy. The ring network cabinet meets the requirements of the national standard GB3906 "3-35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear" and the international standard IEC298 "AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment", and has two "five-proof" interlocking functions.
Product model and its meaning

Use of environmental conditions
1. The altitude does not exceed 1000m, (corrected according to the national standard when it exceeds 1000m);
2. Ambient air temperature: . Upper limit +40 ° C, lower limit - -25 ° C;
3. Relative humidity: the daily average is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90% (+25*C);
4. There is no fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.

Structural features
According to the different installation methods of the load switch, it can be divided into the side-mounted ring network cabinet (see Figure 1) and the front-mounted ring network cabinet (see Figure 2).
1. The structure of the side-mounted ring network cabinet (see Figure 1)
The side-mounted ring network cabinet is composed of electrical components, cabinets and interlocking mechanisms.
a,l electrical components
The electrical components mainly include FNI2-12 load switch VEI ISARC type load switch with side mechanism, LKE L BS type or VL BS type load switch (9), current transformer (12), voltage transformer, high voltage live display (3) Composition, and all fixed on the cabinet.
b. cabinet
The cabinet of the side-mounted ring network cabinet adopts a fully assembled structure, and is composed of a skeleton (11), a top plate, a door plate and a side sealing plate, and the skeleton, the top cover, the panel and the side sealing plate are all bent by the steel plate.
c. Interlocking mechanism
There are interlocking devices between the load switch, the grounding switch and the front door panel in the ring network cabinet. The operational relationship between them is as follows:
(1) When the load switch is closed, the grounding switch cannot be closed, and the front door panel cannot be opened;
(2) When the load switch is opened, the grounding switch can be closed. When the grounding switch is closed, the front door panel can be opened;
(3) When the grounding switch is closed, the load switch cannot be closed, and the front door panel can be opened;
(4) When the grounding switch is opened, the load switch can be divided and closed. The front door panel cannot be opened;
(5) In the cable entry cabinet, when the incoming line is energized, the electromagnetic lock controls the front door panel so that it cannot be opened regardless of whether the load switch is in the closing or opening position. (except for emergency unlocking with a dedicated key).
2. The structure of the ring network cabinet is installed (see Figure 2). The ring network cabinet is composed of electrical components, cabinet and interlocking mechanism.
Electrical component
The electrical components are mainly made up of FNI2-12 load switches without side operating mechanisms. VEI company ISARC type load switch, LKE L BS type or VL BS type load switch (8), current transformer (11), voltage transformer, high voltage live display (3) and so on.
b. cabinet
The cabinet of the formal ring network cabinet adopts a fully assembled structure, and is composed of a skeleton (10), a top plate, a door panel, a side sealing plate and an operating mechanism (14).
c. The interlocking mechanism is installed in the interlocking mechanism of the ring network cabinet, refer to the contents of 6.2.
3. Busbar
a. The busbar can be made of copper busbar or aluminum busbar.
b. The paint color and phase sequence of the busbar are shown in Table 3.
